1.開頭:
簡單告訴收信人你是從何處獲取到此職位信息,并表明你的求職心愿（即寫信目的）.

2.正文:
①提供你的若干個(gè)人信息資料：年齡、婚姻狀況及身體狀況.
(1). i’m 19 years old, male, unmarried. i’m 1.75 meters tall, h2 and healthy.
②詳細(xì)告訴對方有關(guān)你的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷(與此工作相關(guān)的兼職工作、假期打工)及與此工作相關(guān)的個(gè)人興趣、愛好等；
(2). i’ve just graduated from a senior middle school of beijing. last year, i got the first place in the english composition contest in west district, beijing. i type quite well and can use computers skillfully.
3.結(jié)尾:
①再次表達(dá)你想得到這份工作的愿望，并表達(dá)感激之情.
i’d like to be your secretary very much. if these meet your requirements, i’ll be very thankful for your kindness .
② 展望未來,表明決心,希望得到面試機(jī)會.
of course i’ll work hard and well if i can hold the position. i’m eager for your early reply.
3.結(jié)尾:
③說明聯(lián)系方式或者進(jìn)一步聯(lián)系的時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)
4.落款
因?yàn)榍舐毿乓话闶菍懡o不熟悉的人,所以要用正式文體和格式寫.

寫求職信需注意的"三要三不要"：
①措辭要直接，不拐彎抹角:
語言要簡單,明了,不要賣弄文學(xué),不要用別人看不懂的詞句.
